How it works
When sending your initial enquiry It’s always helpful when you include as much information as possible. Handy information to include would be the brand name, model/version, which pole is broken (front, middle or back etc.), thickness/diameter of the pole (don’t worry if you don’t know this) and how many broken poles/sections you have in total.
If your poles are fibreglass and you aren’t in a great rush, you could just ship them to us. You’ll find our price guide here. Once we have inspected the poles we will then send you a quote.
Send your broken tent poles for us to work our magic on.
Once you agree to our quote you can then ship your poles to us at:
2 Regency Court, 8A Carlton Crescent, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EZ. Please make sure you send the tracking information to info@tentpolerepair.com that way if we aren’t around, we can reschedule the delivery.
We are happy for you to use a courier of your choice as long as the method of shipping is trackable. After doing some research the cheapest method seems to be Evri. Please make sure that you wrap up your poles securely, ideally in a cardboard tube. Inside the package be sure to include a paper slip including your contact details and return postal address. If you are local to Southampton we can arrange a drop off/collection service.
We will fix your broken tent poles and ship them back to you.
Once your poles have arrived safely with us and they have been inspected, we will send you an invoice with all payment instructions. At the moment we accept payment via bank transfer or cash on collection only.
Once payment has been received, we will begin working on your broken poles. We aim to fix the poles the same day as the payment is made (this is obviously subject to workload). When the poles are ready to go, we will ship them back via a trackable method ready for your next camping adventure.
